This is the best pet store I have ever visited. I buy all my supplies from them. The associates are all so friendly and helpful. This is my favorite place to go, everything I need, if they don't have it they try to get it. They help you with any questions you may have too and take the time to answer them without being in a big hurry. The place, the associates, the managers all get a 10 star rating from me.
You have just lost a valuable customer today. I had purchased a two pack of ZooMed's basking light bulbs back in December. On the package is states "up to 2000 hours". The first bulb lasted a total of 672 hours. I understand it isn't Pet Supplies Plus fault the bulb burnt out early, bulbs do that and I told the manager this. Where my problem is when I went to use the second bulb in the package there was a obvious defect in the bulb. So much so that I would have been afraid to even use it. Love this pet store!! My dog loves to visit the store often and loves the people who work there. Staff is so friendly and knowledgeably on things.
I am so happy to have found such a great pet store. The staff is super enthusiastic, helpful, and knowledgeable. Please make sure they are well rewarded for how fantastic they are at their jobs.
been there on 3 different occasions, out of stock Of ferretvite on every occasion....and no information, on being restocked. they filled the empty space..with another product ,and left the old shelf tag on.....bye bye. Horrible customer service.
