The staff is good and helpful and I love the kitten is that they have there but to the corporate part of the company they need to lower the prices and I need to bring in more stuff for cats not the high-end crap I can't afford to go there anymore
Today I had the unfortunate opportunity to have a conversation with the Store Manager Steve. Not only was he rude, arrogant, and a first class "A Hole", he also called me a liar!!! We spend on the average of $200 at this store on a monthly basis, but not anymore. There are plenty of other pet stores that will welcome my business and no doubt treat me a whole lot better....appears that Steve flunked Customer Service 101.
They never have the size I want! Back in Dec,15. I got IAM Proactive health Hair Ball Care Mature Adult back bigger than the 7lb. Now only carry 7lb. I need the biggest bag.
Wonderful customer service, cheapest prices from other pet stores, clean and organized. Employees always offer to help you take your purchases out to your car. It is now my first choice for all my supplies for my cats.
