I love this store! I even worked there for a few weeks as a teenager. (Yes, weeks and teenager, it happens.) The people are always genuine, kind, and helpful. Since COVID we haven’t ventured out much. So when we needed PSP the most they were there, curbside pick up and FREE home delivery (same day when order before 1 pm after that next day!) So perfect! we went in for our new pet turtle and EVERY single employee helped us with our millions of questions while we set up a new tank. The employee carried our tank to the register AND out to our car. 3 different people asked if we needed help as we were picking through items. They were busy and still made time to make sure our questions were answered. On top of that, the manager printed off a care packet for our turtle.
