Thank you Sam for making today special for my senior residents.
We definitely will not be visiting this store again. We paid $50 for a hamster cage. When we got home and opened the box, one of the latches were broken. We took it back and exchanged it for the same one. When we got home, we opened the box, and go figure the EXACT same latch is broken. At this point we were pretty frustrated, so we called the store and spoke to the manager Dru. She refused to refund our money because we had already made 1 exchange.
