I love this place i take my dog here at least once a month because he loves it! The staff is really nice and do an excellent job.
Very good work done here. I was happy and so was my dog. The staff was very helpful and accomidating.
I love this place! I really like the therapeutic pool. My dog is getting old and so he needs some extra attention. I will definitely be returning. The staff was super friendly and I could tell they treated my dog good because of how happy he was! �
Would never take my dogs back
They treat employees poorly. Their tips go straight into the managers pocket. The pool is broken and I was charged for having my dog swim when there was no possible way he could have. The manager has a serious attitude problem. I attempted to complain to the owner but it was the managers mother. Mickey had absolutely no interest in addressing my concern. I wasted money for him to swim when he didn't. Barry attempted to force me to buy more stuff. I will never go back.
This place has a terrible manager who doesn't care about the clients. The young man at the register smells like marijuana and there has been anything done about it. I think they hurt my dog and gave him drugs. My dog also had fungus on his paw and the doctor said it was mold. This came from the place. The pool is broken but they are lying to people about it and shower the dogs instead.
