Been bringing my pups here for around 5 years. Called yesterday, the lady I spoke to was very plesant when she returned my call. I had an appointment for 2:00 today, and the owner who was there today told me she couldn't take my pup because of her size? There should have been a call to cancel my appointment instead of turning me away when I got there. Nice way to lose business. Sorry we will be going elsewhere. Thanks for showing you care!
These folks are great! Took my scared kitty at short notice for a sanitary shave. They are a Godsend!
