We heard so many recommendations for Petsafe Village, but were so disappointed. Our boy had a lot of fun, obviously, because when we picked him up he was filthy. Dried mud was caked on his legs & belly. There was no groomer in today, but they offered to allow us to rinse him off for $10. Ahhh, NO. He was obviously never wiped off after outside playtime, which meant mud was tracked on the floor of his "suite" and he then laid on the floor. He's never smelled so awful. They do a great job grooming Ranger! He has a blast in Doggie Day Camp and he even gets training with Camp and Train! Truly a full service experience!

We were well loved and looked after! Nice large kitty play room to run and bounce and toys to play with. The staff were all friendly and attentive, our 3 cat condo kept nice the whole 6 days, and had plenty of room. PetSafe Village really does care about fur babies!
