I purchased a tegu for my son's birthday. Having absolutely no knowledge of any kind about this type of lizard. Taylor has been wonderful and very patient in helping me through the many questions I have. And giving me guidance in how to provide the best care possible to our new family member.
This store is a hidden treasure!!! We looked around at several different places before buying from pet planet! Not only did they give us the best price, the staff was knowledgable answered all our questions. Helped us find everything we needed to make our Russian Tortoise happy & healthy in his new habitat. We took our new pet to a vet two weeks later to make sure he was healthy. The vet told us not only was he healthy but, he had been well cared for. If you are looking for a new pet this is this the place to go! ��
Don and Taylor are amazing here, really care about ask the animals they have, as well as any you have that you may have gotten elsewhere. They know what they are talking about and I feel if something comes up where they don't know, would direct you how to find it, instead of making up some BS response. Dieso the Boxer and Keira the Akita(hope she is doing great and has a quick recovery!) are wonderful greeters and are the sweetest dogs.
So knowledgeable about everything pet and especially reptiles! The management is very polite and thorough.
Super fun to walk around and see what animals they have. Fun and exotic! My favorites to see were the pacman frog, the hedgehog, and the baby tortise!
Clean, organized and easy to navigate. Very nice staff, they we're all very helpful and knowledgeable.
