RecommendedPeople at Pet Planet were very kind to my granddaughter. She was buying from a private seller, and the sale fell through. Pet Planet let her get her puppy fix even though they knew we weren't buying.

Do not support companies that are not willing to change for the better and cause abuse to their animals
If I could rate 0 I would! Animals are not being taken care of properly, and it reeks so bad of piss! All they care about is making a quick buck, not the animals over all health. Rabbits were on pine shaved bedding which is TOXIC for rabbits, they also didn't have water, hay, or pellets, but yet sell these products? This is unacceptable & I will be reporting them! SHUT IT DOWN!
Do not buy dogs from here!!! In 2014 we bought our dog lou lou. They told us she was half Irish setter and half American water spaniel terrier. They told us she would be between 50 to 70 pounds. She only got to 32 pounds and when we had her fixed after 2 years where she never once went into heat the veterinarian who performed her spray said that her inside lady parts were so screwed up that she had no doubt that she was inbred. I will NEVER recommend a pet store that sells puppies. not only was the store disgusting and had bird cages around with poop still in them, they had a pug in a display case with wood shavings like a rat. We love our little havatsu we purchased from you on April 4. Louis is happy, healthy and training so well. He’s brought so many smiles already and is such a fun addition to our family. It’s obvious that Louis was well cared for and loved before we brought him home. Thank you for being so knowledgeable and helping us pick the perfect puppy for us!

This place is absolute garbage. The animals (particularly the puppies) are kept in horrid conditions. They don't have reasonable access to water and they all seem stressed out. Plus, when asked where they came from, the staff lied and said they aren't from puppy mills. Also, They sell used cages that STILL HAVE FECES IN THEM. So nasty.
