Asked the woman working here where they got the puppies from and her answer was literally "back east". When I asked if it was a puppy mill she said "no, they come from certified breeders". "Certified breeders" "back east". Straight up puppy mill. Don't give them your business if you really care about animals go to a shelter and adopt. Also the cages were dirty. I would not give this place my business. Very dirty and poorly run. Staff was not knowledgeable on their puppies or their care. Puppies had no beds, no blankets, no toys; nothing for puppies to do. The puppies only source of water was from gerbil water bottles which is physiologically inappropriate for dogs. The sign that said “Our Puppies Do Not Come From Puppy Mills” made me feel 0% better. Everything about this place was shady.

I go to pet planet for my snake food every once in a while. I don’t live close but I go because they let you hold their puppies so I always hang out for a while.
We just got our lil Shizapoo, Stormie, from Pets Planet. This place has got to be a one of a kind gem! The staff knew and answered every question we had. The pricing was right, they come with full shots, microchips and a guarantee! This is not a puppy mill operation. You can tell as soon as you walk in the door, these puppies really love their care takers and are more then happy in their environment as they try to find them furever homes. Thank you again for all your time and dedication to making it right!
