The facility was wonderfully clean and well maintained. It's hard for me to bathe my Service dog with my back issues and the tubs are the perfect height. They provide TONS of different brushes and sprays and their dryers are great. The staff was friendly, prompt, and extremly generous. I will be coming back again that's for sure. Thank you Pet Paws for an amazing experience.
Victoria is wonderful. She has been nothing but supportive of our service dog organization, Wildcat Service Dogs. She is gentle and patient with all dogs of all shapes and sizes, and I will continue to refer friends and family in the Lexington area to this great business!
Love it! Will definitely come back! My Yorkie is hard to groom, because he doesn't like strangers or being around other animals. I picked him up he was running around with other dogs even a cat! Plus his hair was cut perfect just like I wanted it! Thanks again.
Jerry is awesome with my boys. My boys tend to be a little stubborn and she does so well with them. They are both long/medium hair dogs (Shepard mix and spaniel mix) and she knows how to make them look beautiful and well taken care of without cutting them too short. I recommend her to everyone!
We have been taking our Goldendoodle to Pet Paws for a year or so now and I can't say enough good things about them!! They allow the dogs to run around and play and even take them to go to the bathroom. I am always pleased with the cut and if there are any problems I have been accommodated. I would highly recommend Pet Paws!
