RecommendedThe staff are very friendly and helpful! They have everything you need. The facilities are clean and it smells great considering there are dogs being groomed. Everything is at waist height, so no need for constantly bending over. I have some low back pain, so this was a a huge benefit. We have a new home for our doggy to get his bath.
I have been taking my dogs here for 10 years. They’ve always been kind and Grace has always been great with my husky, Mika. I scheduled an appointment for Mika about a month ago, only this time with Helen. She asked me if I wanted the 7:30 slot and I took it. I was under the impression that it was 7:30 pm. I would never book an am appointment that early. I live 45 minutes away and I have a 7 year old doing virtual school. There is simply no way I could make a 7:30 am appointment. You can tell Grace is an amazing person and groomer. Every animal, while in her care looks very happy and once she’s done they look amazing!! Butt wiggles everywhere!!! She’s got to have an amazing heart and animals know good people!
I guess they are going to continue to take my review down. They are refusing to apologize, refusing to refund someone whose dog was horribly groomed and injured by Pet Paws. Not just in one area but multiple. This is wrong and you need to be embarrassed in ashamed of how you have treated this poor woman and her dog.
i took my very old dog to grace and she really did a good job on him he is very sensitive and was really dusty and needed a brush a wash a trim. she knocked them all out of the park. he was so clean and smellled clean. he was happy and she even trimmed the bottom hair on his feet to help him not slide. she did he nails which were super long and he did not wince or anything. she also doesmy little dogs nails. grace is great i highly say go here
I paid $130 to have my dog literally butchered. She is cut, bleeding and burned in multiple places, uneven everywhere, and she hardly left the ground for a day and a half after she got home. I am sick to my stomach over the fact that I trusted Grace, and left my pup here, and I hope I can spare someone else the heartache I am experiencing now. My Asian-American girlfriend and I are looking for a place to take our puppy and were thinking about coming here for a grooming session. UNTIL we saw AN APPALLING AND RACIST VIDEO of the groomer here making fun of Asian-Americans!! I will never EVER attend this horrible, racist, and anti-semitic business and I’m am sorry for anyone who does!! This video is disgusting especially in a time so controversial. Am I’m disgusted.
Gave my girl a bath here, I love the fact they have brushes available to help with getting all the shedding fur out a dogs coat (as my girl has a medium coat as she is part border collie) Very nice staff, will come again! 👍🏻
