My fur baby only stayed one night, but I found the update email that I received while we left him to be a wonderful gesture. I was not expecting this at all, so when I opened my email and found a message with a cute picture of him attached I was pleasantly surprised. He seems to have enjoyed himself and I also loved receiving his "paw-gress" report! He will be back to visit, that's for sure!
My dogs were happy and tired when they came home. The staff was very friendly and spoke with me about how my dogs behaved and what they did
This is the ONLY place that cares for my Anubis (5 yr old Rotty) as well as I do. He always comes back clean, and happy! The staff is GREAT!

Staff attentive and pleasant
I am so glad to hear it might have been just a bad day when my dog stayed there. He spent the night and I got the video feed to I could watch him enjoying his stay. He wasn't taken out to the pool area till I called and asked about it. When they did go to get him he was excited to see someone but the camera was quickly turned off and when it came back on he was cowering in a corner and had to be dragged out. It was awful. I went down and got him.
Great
The staff are super friendly. You can tell they enjoy their jobs and who wouldn't, they get to take care of fur babies all day. I feel safe in knowing that my dogs are well cared for.
