We try to take Banks to Pet Paradise at least once a week. He LOVES the pool and all of his friends and we love it because when he comes home he's worn out. Banks has lots of energy and anything that can wear him out is wonderful. I love being able to check in on him during the day and how attentive the staff is. They always know who he is as soon as he walks in the door. Pet Paradise will always be Banks favorite place to spend the day.
The staff is always very helpful and friendly. My dog is always so excited to go and spend the day there. I also really appreciate the webcam they have that you can check in on your dog throughout the day.
I am very happy with Pet Paradise! My dog seemed to have a wonderful time and I really love that you can watch them playing by the pool with all the other dogs, it is so funny to watch, they look like they are having the best time!!
Olivia always has so much fun when she boards at Pet Paradise. She enjoys the associates and the amenities like the bone shaped pool! My only concern was that she played in the pool too much and actually came home with what seemed like a minor ear infection in both ears from swimming too much. I am unsure if anyone thought to dry her ears anytime she played in the water. Otherwise we have had no issues and we will continue to use Pet Paradise as our primary place of boarding!
My Penny is always happy when we come to pick her up. I believe that is because she is treated well while there. That makes me happy too.
Curtis is very happy every time he is left. We love the staff and area.

Paradigms always takes good care of our dog. He comes home happy, and is never anxious about staying there. Top-notch staff, and a very clean facility.
