Even though, Roxie was not a patient of Pet Pals long, the staff and Dr. Shaw treated her and myself like we were lifelong patients. Dr. Shaw called several times just to check up on Roxie and see how she was doing. Dr. Shaw was great about explaining all the technical aspects and answering all my questions, even ones not related to the cat she was seeing.
