Normally I have had good service here, but due to a schedule issue on my part and having to spend all my down time dealing with a death in my family. I was unable to ger my pet into the clinic when they wanted me too, and I needed an insulin refill. So instead of working with me-I was sent a text message to " saying due to our most recent interaction we will no longer be able to continue your care here." Instead of a manger calling me- I got a text. This clinic is OK until you have an issue.
Update- they replied to me and lied. No one clarified to me the amount of time the shot would last or the pricing before I got the one year vaccination shot. (Pricing wasnt even the issue) I didn't start to cry until after they gave the shot to my cat- Then- after the shot was given- they told me it would only be good for one year. So wow. & I have a no tolerance policy too. I don't go places that lie.
