I’ve been bringing all of my dogs to Pet Medical Center of Pasco for over a year now, and I truly can’t say enough wonderful things about them. They have cared for my pets through routine wellness visits, unexpected illnesses, and even one of the hardest days of my life when I had to say goodbye to one of my beloved dogs. We are incredibly grateful for the care we have received from Pet Medical Center. From the time our kitty was a kitten to now 10 years later. Every single employee has been compassionate, kind, and genuinely attentive. Their communication is exceptional. They take the time to explain everything thoroughly, answer questions, provide detailed follow-ups, and make sure we always understand the next steps in our pet’s care. If I could provide two reviews, I would divide them in staff and technicians: 5, and the doctors:2. My rating is based on my latest experience with the vets who took care of my dog. I had a senior German Shepherd, of almost 11 years old, whom I had to put down four days ago. I had her on the monthly plan for about the last two years, all her care was there, her food, treats, medications and everything. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR PETS! This facility has caused us heartbreak! So many issues, to over charging us, being in compassionate and in humane. Our dog was diagnosed with a fast progressive cancer on 7/19/26 at ER vet and has been declining, we have the records in hand. They aloud us to spend 24-48 hours with our loved dog before his quality of life became to unbearable. We scheduled an appt to say our goodbyes and the day of our appt they contact us stating they need their own blood work and full exam. This is horrible... read more
