I hate to give this rating as we have loved this office & Dr.Kristin for almost 3 years but the events of the last couple weeks have led to 1 star. I would give Dr.Kristin 5 stars any day (as well as a couple of the techs & receptionists) but not the rest of the support staff. I can’t speak on any other vets in the office as we did not see others often. I was asked not to return for reasons that were still never made clear.
