Great Staff I love Pet Medical. They have a wonderful, caring staff. They've taken care of all of our animals and we have to drive quite a bit a way to get to them, but its well worth the trip. The only thing negative I have to say about Pet Medical is that they are quite pricey and there are services they tell you they will do, no matter what and will charge you for it and will not give you the option to opt out of it even though its not exactly necessary. Very friendly.... i had my first visit the staff was very friendly and caring they seem to really care about my dog. They gave my some really good advice. You do have to pay for your" first time visit "around $40 for a check up but i think it was well spend now i know my pup is heahlty. i was surprised they even gave me a same day appointment. i had a question so i called they were really helpful ,that why i choose this vet because if i have any question they will help me and they are take emercencys(have after hour number).... read more
Pet Medical Ctr is good but ... I once considered switching over to Pet Medical, but was turned off by the high pricing, the constantly different vets. I prefer to see the same vet for all my animals, who knows them and knows me. I ask a lot of questions and want to be involved in my pet's treatment. I want to know about options, and I want to chose what is being done for my pets. I was not too happy with the take charge kind of attitude I experienced at Pet Medical. client Dr. Jones and staff are very friendly and truly care about our pets. I am with a rescue group that drives many hours to get to Dr. Jones for some major surgeries. His staff is friendly and caring. He has worked miracles with our dogs. We will be back (but hopefully we won't need to be too soon as that means a dog has a major problem worth driving the distance).

If you are looking for a veterinarian,who cares about your pets this is the place! They were able to do surgery on our dog, when other places referred us to Austin as the closest place. They have very reasonable prices, and go above and beyond to make your pet comfortable. I truly recommend this place to everyone!
They’ve helped us care for our cat for the last six years and we’ve always been very happy with the care and professionalism here. We just got a puppy and I mentioned how helpful my kids have been with the puppy to the vet tech. So the tech took a little info down about my kids for a gift they’d get in the mail. A week or so later arrive personalized “pet helper” medals for each of my children. This is such a thoughtful gesture and definitely made a big impression on my kids.
