Very Professional – I found Helen online just days before leaving on an 8-day trip. She was very accessible and immediately responsive to my needs, meeting me at my apartment the day after I called to meet my cat and go over my requirements. She was very professional. I've gone on trips in the past and managed to wheedle friends into checking in on my cat while I was away. punk rock kitty – Our 8-year-old cat is so happy after her haircut - skipping around the house like a little kitten in the summer heat. Helen was very open to our idea of a 'mohawk' kitty, and gave our cat a very cool trim (and an adorable red bow). She was very patient with our pets, and was very knowledgable about where to hold the cats, how to handle the clippers to put the cat at ease, and how to blow-dry. Great grooming and and peace of mind pet care. – The Pet Maven (Helen) took wonderful care of my geriatric kitty. She administered meds and was very loving and caring. I never worried when I was away as I knew she was very knowlegable about health issues that might arise. I always came home to a happy and well groomed cat. Helen has also groomed my two Austrailian Shepherds...what a pleasure to be able to have them groomed in my own bath tub ! Makes my cat purrfectly beautiful!!!! – The Pet Maven brings out the beauty of my feline princess. She hasn't ever looked this good nor seemed so happy. And, she give great tips on maintaining my cat's health too. The healthier my cat is, the more beautiful she looks every day.

Great grooming! – My 18-year-old long-haired kitty, Charlie, needed to have some matting removed from her coat. What she wound up with was a wonderful new 'do! The Pet Maven was so good with Charlie, she was convinced to sit still and totally succumb to an evening of makeover bliss. From the initial buzzing of her long, luxourious locks to the bath to the towel and blowdry and finishing touches, Charlie was a trooper. Wonderful Groomer! – Helen is amazing. I had been grooming my cairn terrier, Fergus, on my own because I could no longer leave him at a groomers because of his bad back. He would come home from 8 hours at the local groomer traumatized. With Helen - Fergus not only looks beautiful - he's not afraid when she comes in- on the contrary - he wags his tail. He's vain enough to know how great he looks!

Great peace of mind – Helen "The Pet Maven" offers a service that's great for my older difficult terrior. I no longer have to drop him off at 8:00am to be stuck in a cage, and pick him up hours later. She's reliable, responsible and she's in and out in about an hour with no mess left in my home.
