I love Pet Lodge USA of Boardman! The owners and the girls are so wonderful that take care of my fur family and I would recommend them everybody any day! They have so much care and concern for my doggies and I can only imagine that this is a feeling that everyone has that goes there. Not one time have I ever been not satisfied or not happy I'm very thankful for them and if you have not tried them please do because you will love every minute of it and your doggie will too!!! I just want to say how much I love to going to Pet Lodge USA of Boardman. I started going there for doggie daycare around 4 years ago, My mom takes me there 3 days a week. We go from the West Side of Youngstown to Boardman. We do that because my mom knows how much I love going there. My mom says I would not have a brother (rescue doggie) if I did not go to Pet Lodge. Pet Lodge helped me so much... I was very shy when I started going there but now I play with other doggies. My mom is with Friends Of Fido and she helps the dog... read more

Left my two dogs here for 9 days while we took our vacation. When I picked my dogs up they were emaciated to the point that I barely recognized my own dogs. We have used them in the past for doggy daycare and nothing seemed out of the ordinary so we decided to leave them there for our vacation. They clearly were not fed. I will NEVER leave my dogs with them again and would not recommend their services.

For the record, very sorry your pups didn't have a strong appetite during their last stay BUT Seriously! Really? Not fed? Cause that's what we do... We board peoples Fur Babies for going on 7 years and take in food provided by the owners and not feeding them! NOT! I don't remember getting a call or anything about this...
My two dogs Roxy and Champ have stayed several times. I get nervous leaving them just because they are my world Roxy and Champ were both on meds but after I come back I'm relieved that they always have been taken care of. Thanks for all you do!!
