RecommendedI never worried when we left Buddy the Bichon At Pet Lodge. Everyone was always so kind and caring. They understood Buddy’s quirky ways and always gave him comfort during his anxious times. I will be grateful to them forever.
Awesome place to take your pet. My dog loves to go, he looks forward every time he goes and the care is excellent! Definitely a 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
dogs have always loved going there. hard at drop off but they love it. sometimes they would be mad we picked them up.
What a great place and the care they provide for your pets is amazing!!! As soon as you walk through the door and speak with Scott and Kim you know your pets are in good hands! I have trusted the Pet Lodge now over 10 years and I give them a 5 Star ⭐️ rating!
Been taking our 10 y/old for to stay several times a year as well as day care since she was months old! Kim and Scott and staff are fantastic - really! Very accommodating and trustworthy - highly recommended!
I am so thankful to have found this place! I had a family emergency and needed to leave my pup behind. I have never left him with anyone or for a long period of time. I searched high and low until finding Pet Lodge USA of Boardman. They were so helpful and nice. I left the state knowing my pup would be taken care of, and he truly was. Thank you so much to the staff/owner, because of you I was at peace knowing he was okay. I highly recommend this place!

This past weekend, my pup Lincoln spent about 48 hours at the Pet Lodge because we were out of town and was supposed to get a bath and a nail trim while there as well. We picked him up yesterday afternoon and were immediately put off by the conversation we had with the woman working. She said “Oh, he didn’t have his nails trimmed.” Weird, because he is the most chill dog so I asked why and she didn’t know just kept saying they “couldn’t do it”...fine, NBD. If they couldn’t do... I take my 4 month puppy here for daycare. I work 12 hour shifts and Marley not only gains socialization skills, but she is also super tired and sleeps well after we pick her up. The girls are very nice! Marley has been a timid puppy and she gets excited as soon as we pull in the parking lot, that alone speaks for itself about the staff and conditions of Pet Lodge USA. Thanks for taking such good care of my pup! :)
