Pet Lodge USA of Boardman provides top notch, quality, elite care for our pets! The facility is clean and the care is exceptional! The staff takes time to care for each individual pet and his / her needs on a customized level. I worked there in college and still take my pets there to this day. That says A LOT about how much I trust Pet Lodge knowing my fur babies are receiving the best care possible.
Just had Bella and Max and Minnie there for a week...they appeard to be well taken care of, happy, and full bellies. Thank you Pet Lodge for taking such good care of them!

Took our 6 month old labradoodle for grooming, took this place 8 1/2 hrs. We hen I picked up the pup they had shaved him down to the skin. How do you spell incompetent, Pet Lodge of Boardman. Scott, owner or worker followed me out to my truck to ask about my attitude.Then had the balls to call me an a--hole because I was upset. Any moron can shave a dog down to the skin and it certainly doesn't take over 8 hours to do it. Do your pet a favor and don't take them to these hacks

Truth hurts! And you are so correct about about the way your pup looks... Shaved from neglect! Fur came off like lambs wool! I can only hope my groomer took before pictures! Pictures to follow... I hope!

This place make me want to stay here myself! Comfy blankets, air conditioning, play yards, television, food, loving caretakers & playing with friends! Only $25.00?!?!?!? Wow!!!!!
