Thank you so much for taking such great care of our precious "little" princess Nala while we were gone! I had so much anxiety about leaving her somewhere since she can be shy around people she doesn't know and she's never slept anywhere but home but she seemed like she had a great time and everyone I met when we dropped her off and picked her up were absolutely wonderful. We'll never take her anywhere else when we go on a vacation that she isn't able to join us for. Thank you so much for everything!!

Thank you Scott and Kim for taking such good care of my Coco-bean for her first stay at a kennel! I was a nervous wreck about leaving her but clearly I didn't need to worry. She was all shiny from her bath and nail trim too. And the play time she got was priceless as she was one tired pup when we got home. I'm so thankful for your excellent care of her and peace of mind for me!

My miniature Dachshunds Willow and Dewey have stayed several times over the past 4 years. When I drop them off I go over any changes with their care and when I pick them up they appear well cared for.

I rarely write reviews but was so touched by the caring compassion of the owners and staff at Pet Lodge that I had to. We lodged our 2 dogs in the same suite, their first visit there. Unfortunately on the 6th day I received a call from Scott that my 13 year old dog Chance's breathing appeared labored and he was weak and fatigued; I was 2 hours away on vacation so Scott told me to call ahead to my vet and he would drive him there immediately. Not happy with the service. The Lodge we usually use was booked and this was the only one in the area available. Dropped off the vaccination records a week prior to my dogs stay because this is usually a hassle and needs confirmation from the vet. They simply took a copy and sent me on my way. I dropped my dog off the following week and he was taken from me and I was told he would be settled in and left in the lobby alone with no chance for a goodbye or to maybe set up my dogs kennel or at least see it to put my mind at ease... read more
