The owner and staff at PFGW go to any lengths to be a help to pets and their people. The atmosphere is happy and welcoming and the store is filled with safe products for your pet to use. They are active with rescues and the community to provide maximum benefits to everyone.
I have only been in the store once, being from out of town, but the staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. They have a great selection, especially for a small store. Their support of local rescue groups is amazing, and shows that they truly care about the animals (and their humans) in the community!
The welcoming staff always greets my dog the way I greet my dog! You can tell that they adore animals. The dog food and treat selection is excellent and at prices competitive with (and sometimes better than) the big stores. Add in the self service dog washing stations (that are so easy on the back) and it adds up to a terrific experience.
I just took my two little girls for their shots at the shot clinic. My girls had a fight with a coyote earlier this week and were very anxious and high strung. Pet Food Gone Wild sent 2 people to my car to administer the shots for my girls. They were extremely sweet and accommodating. Thank you so much.
I call PFGW "Disneyland" for my dog. She adores going there and I love the staff. They have helped me with my dog's diet and dry skin, and always have helpful tips. They are welcoming, helpful, and friendly. My dog is healthier and happier for going here. Love PFGW!
