I love this place! They know my animals by name and are always so helpful and friendly! You would never get this type of service at a big box pet supply store. I will be a customer for life! They are the absolute best!
We just love this store and have for years. Our chocolate Lab just loves her once a month bath and the treats she gets here. There money saving coupons and specials are so helpful to.that why we buy our dog food here also and will keep coming back. Just love Pet Foods Gone Wild in Rio Rancho

I really appreciate the friendly staff, variety of products and community-building efforts of PFGW. The store itself is bright and welcoming. When we moved from Rio Rancho further south into Albuquerque I tried another pet food store closer to our house and it was like different world - I felt like I was interrupting the day of staff who couldn't tell me anything about the food they were selling. I am always offered assistance at PFGW and I trust every one of their team members.
This is a place where you go to feel like family. They have the best customer service. Not only can you get top quality food for your furry family member but they have a self wash too, SCORE! Never go anywhere else!
They are awesome. And knowledgable. Know south about all breeds. Plus, they find the lost dogs for the community.
Great place, good people, very accommodating. The groomer listens to what you need.
Love this place!!!! So helpful !! If you have a problem, they will work with you to solve it!! So happy to have this store in our community!
