Great place! Took our dogs there for vaccinations and while waiting they brought our dogs multiple treats and water. You can tell they love pets! We also used their self serve dog wash... it was amazing! Spent about two hours washing our two dogs and it cost 35 dollars. Owner checked on us multiple times to make sure things were going well and never once made us feel rushed. We will be back and recommend this place to all our friends and family!

Nice small store. Decent customer service, great selection and good products.
My dog, milo, loves coming here. Everyone is friendly, they have a great selection, and the self service dog bath is quick and easy.
They know animals nd are always helpful! Great service!
I was one of the 1st regulars when Susana ans Alex opened up the store. It was just the 2 of them. I watched them expand the store and hire more and more employees as their business prospered. Bodie was just about 2 when they opened. He's 7 now! I haven't lived in Rio for a long time now, but I try to visit whenever I'm there. I'm so happy for their success and mom and daddy still have Frankie the cat up there in Rio. She's 27 now. I hope I can get up there soon, Bodie doesn't get his fave Buffalo treats anymore.
