I went in to this store to find supplies to house baby toads that I found. My boyfriend and I were assisted by an employee by the name of Barry. He was extremely helpful and friendly. We will definitely be coming back!

after having issues with two dwarf hamsters we purchased from the same liter getting into a fight. one had a stroke right after and had paralyzed his back two legs and seems unable to move them. Joshua the store manager was very respectful and understanding to the situation and was able to make it right. due to the experience i recommend Joshua to any future promotions/raises and plan to continue to visit you store for my pet needs.
I would normally give you a 5 star but have been very disappointed in the last 3 rounds of feeders I got there. This batch I got today had 2 dead in the bag by the time I got home ‘I live right up behind Menards’ and now there is 2 more gone. I realize they are feeders and very inexpensive but it kind of gets old buying 2 weeks worth of feeders ’24’ and having 1/2 die off. Even the staff mentions their state but I’m kind of stuck as I have larger piranha and need the live food. I’ll still be loyal to Pet Expo but do you poss... read more
