Great service and help from Cierra! She helped my kiddos pick out a perfect "first pet" hamster, and also helped them pick out all of the essentials they needed. She was very knowledgeable and helpful, and not pushy at all! I also appreciate that Pet Expo keeps their prices fair. coco's 1st time at the groomers.....I am very impressed....

take better care of your animals. I have seen many sick snakes. we bought a rat and 2 days later it was dead. my friend adopted a snake through you guys and it also died. I worked at a vet office and we saw numerous animals come in sick that were bought from you.
much better experience than our negative experience at the beginning of the year. they have come a long way to fix past issues.
they mistreat their animals completely. do not care for any of them properly. put the animals on display in tiny cages like their candy in a movie theater. our animals deserve better. do not recommend.
