I just was there yesterday picking up cat food since they have a great selection. I was also looking for a new toy for one of my cats since he is a Bengal and has a ton of energy. An associate came and told me about the banana catnip infused toy. I bought one and took it home, my other laid back tabby found it and I had to go get another one from the store. I will never shop anywhere else but Pet Expo.
They left an inexperienced worker by herself. Got misinformed and lost my pets. Dot recommend going here because who knows how many times they leave workers who are knew by themselves without someone to ask questions to when they don’t know the answer.
Every time I need something someone is always ready to help me out. Always nice and they treat my dog with love, respect, and ask if they can give her a treat.
RecommendedI nearly went to Walmart to buy fish for my home aquaponics system but then remembered Pet Expo! The worker was knowledgeable about aquaponics and able to recommend species and quantity of fish based off information about my system and what my goals were. Ended up only buying a few dollars worth of goldfish but I'll likely be back. Thanks!

Purchased a ferret a few days prior to Christmas 2018 and all of the staff was very helpful with any questions we had. Even after the initial purchase, if we had questions, they were extremely helpful and willing to help out in anyway they could.
My family and I purchased two rats almost two years ago. One passed away a year ago and the other is still going strong! they have(and had) better temperaments & personalities than ones we've gotten from actual breeders. But they require time to socialize, they can't be expected to just fall in love with their new family and surroundings. They're great little dudes! My wife and I were there the other day to socialize our new puppy and resociapize our 2 year old that due to a brat whose parents won't discipline him now she doesn't like people. Taylor took a good deal of her time to spend with both dogs. She sat on the floor at their level and very patiently encouraged them to come to her.
