The staff is always friendly and helpful. They also are very knowledgeable about pet nutrition and the products they carry. And when it comes to the products, they have the best quality for great prices. I appreciate that I can bring my pet into the store and they give him all kinds of attention. Thank you!
Great group of people!!! Me and my husband stopped in while in vacation from Illinois and we brought in our Savannah.. They were awesome with her...I would recommend these guys to everyone �

Hands down the coolest pet store I've ever been to. It may not look like it on the outside but it's worth the stop. The staff is awesome too, especially Abby, give that girl a raise right meow.
Abby from the reptile section is amazing, she is super helpful and cares so much about the reptiles. She helped me with my chameleon and does her best every time she helps me. Looking forward to seeing her whenever I need crickets ��
Very grateful for the assistance I got from the management crew as well as the workers today! I purchased something very expensive for my tank that didn't work out sadly. However, I was able to return it and replace it for something cheaper. The money I got back after I bought a cheaper filter, all got spent on other items at Pet expo as well. (Figured that was only fair) :) Thanks again for the great service!

Won't ever buy fish there again! There is a guarantee, however if you bring a dead fish back you have to bring the fish & water from tank. If water is not good no refund! So they will sell you a fish without having your water tested but only refund if water is good. To me that is a pretty bad way of doing things!
I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking to buy an animal of any kind. Just thinking about your establishment gives me mites.
