The Pet Emergency staff is amazing. They are all so loving towards my dog and go above and beyond with the care they give her. The staff is very competent and patient. I wish they were open 24/7.
Two weeks ago we almost lost our fur baby, Baxter. He was in full congestive heart failure when we rushed him to the Pet ER. We were immediately met at the door and Baxter was taken away and worked on instantly. Dr. Scroggs, Dr. Emerson, and the entire staff were amazing! They were extremely comforting and explained exactly what was being done to Baxter. We don't know how much longer we will have Baxter with us, but we do know he wouldn't be alive today, if it weren't for the wonderful doctors and staff at the Pet Emergency ... read more
The Pet Emergency Clinic is amazing! We have taken our sweet boy there numerous times. On one occasion, our boy (who is a 120lb Rottweiler) was extremely ill. Once we arrived at the clinic, Dr. Prince met us in the parking lot and CARRIED him inside since our boy was too sick to walk. He also took the time to comfort us. We knew he was well taken care of during the night. The next morning we went to pick him up and they let us keep his IV so we wouldn't get charged for another one. We are so lucky to have the Pet ER here in Lake Charles! The doctors and staff are amazing with our pets and us "parents".
