We have been visited the office twice in 2012: A kid-friendly place, friendly and professional doctor and nurses, and short waiting time.
Dr. Jones is extremely patient, especially with our two-year old son who is nervous about the whole experience. By the end of the visit, our son was smiling and giving Dr. Jones a high five.
The care and attention that Brian and his staff provide during every visit is unmatched! Not only is the dental care top notch, the knowledge of child development is excellent. Brian and his staff are wonderful with children of all ages. We are thankful for this practice!
My almost 2 year old fell and broke his tooth. He had never seen a dentist yet and I was nervous. I called and they accepted him, told me to bring him on and saw him very quickly. Everyone was amazing, kind and loved my little guy. The dentist was very thorough, gentle and explained everything so I as a mother could understand. Our two kids always have a wonderful experience with Dr. Brian and his warm staff. My daughter has special needs, and they are so careful and good with her, and my son doesn't mind going to the dentist!
The staff and Dr. Brian at Upstate Pediatric Dentistry are amazing. From the minute you walk in they're so nice and the whole experience was great. My 4 year old felt at ease the whole time and actually enjoys coming to the dentist. The nice treat at the end is a great/special touch.
We were sent here for my son and his dental needs. Dr. Brian and his staff were wonderful. they processed our referral quickly and got us in right axay. thank you.
