Awesome staff! We had such a great first time dental experience. At first my son was a little scared of the tools but the staff was so great with him and took his fear away. I would highly recommend this place to everyone!
Very little wait. Dentist very informative and great with my little 18 month old.
Took our 2 boys...ages 1 and 3... for their very first check up. Both were hesitant but the hygienist and dentist were both very patient and understanding even with a crying baby and toddler. Couldn't have asked for better quality service. Very highly recommend.
UPD is wonderful. My girls love going to see Dr Brian. He has a fantastic rapport with them. As a mom who has tried several pediatric dentists. I appreciate how patiently and thoroughly Dr Brian answers All my questions! The staff is also great. The girls are all so friendly and professional. THANK YOU UPD!
So glad we switched to this dentist. Awesome customer service, great staff and a dentist who doesn't mind taking the time to explain things. First time my daughter had a pleasant X-ray experience. Walked in anxious, and out saying "I liked it, that was a dental adventure!" :-)
This was my son's first visit to the dentist. He was so nervous I could not even tell him where we were going. Even after watching so many cartoons talking about visiting going to the dentist, he still didn't like the idea. All of the people at the office were so nice and interacted great with him. He walked out with a smile. The staff is definitely trained to work with kids!
As always we had a great experience! Love all the staff, from check in to check out, they are fast, very friendly and patient with the children. Very calm, quiet, kid friendly enviroment. The hygienist always make my children feel comfortable with what they are going to do before they start. Dr. Brian is great, he is willing to work with an insecurities your child may have, and makes checking their teeth fun for them. My children love it there and always look forward to the prize machine at the end. Defiantly recommend them!
Everyone was encouraging, worked diligently, and gently.
