My daughter is 5 and has a terrible fear of the dentist. Every time we've ever gone she was hysterical. We both dreaded those cleanings every 6 months.... Until we were referred to UPD. Everyone was wonderful from the receptionists to the doctor. I could not believe that my daughter didn't even cry or get upset. The staff was very good with children and my daughter is looking forward to going back. I cannot say enough about how amazing our experience was.
Both my children and I love Upstate Pediatric Dentistry so much, we drive 35 minutes just to get here!. Staff is so friendly and well organized! My children actually enjoy going to the dentist now!!
Our visit to upstate pediatric dentistry is always a pleasant one! Dr. Brian is so good with his patients, and my son responds so well to him. Each visit ends in a smile (and a sticker!). Thank you!

We were actually referred to this office after visiting a franchise dentistry. We are so glad we did!! The previous franchise dentistry gave us wrong information! Dr. Brian Jones and staff were very professional with me and very entertaining for my 5 yr old son. The information they gave us was accurate and we have a new pediadontist for our children! We are so happy with Upstate Pediatric Dentistry. From the office staff to Dr. Jones and his assistant, Blair, we could not be happier. Our daughter left the office having had work done and said that she really liked Dr. Jones and Blair. Thank you so much for such a wonderful visit!!
My boys love Dr. Jones and his staff! In fact, my 3 year old said he wanted to go again! Dr. Jones is so good with kids and makes us feel right at home. He makes going to the dentist a pleasant experience which is so important when you're young!
We have been coming to the pediatric dentistry for years now and we love them. Dr Brian and his team makes it fun and comfortable for the kids and my kids enjoy going to their appointments. The staff is friendly, professional and gentle. I would recommend this place to everyone.
Dr. Brian and his staff are super! We are always greeted with smiles and friendly faces. Dr. Brian took time to talk with me after the appointment and answerered all my questions. I highly recommend Upstate Pediatric Densitry!
