Great hospital. I'm an equine veterinarian, but know little about tortoises. Our personal tortoise was recently sick and Pet Care had been recommended to me by several of my horse clients. Dr Bean was great to work with. The hospital staff was professional and friendly. Really appreciate all their help!!
My bunny, Bugs and I have always received excellent care and service at Pet Care Vet Hospital. I wanted to send out a very big 'thank you' again to Dr. Andrew Bean. What an awesome doctor!!! Anyone that knows me well knows that my furbaby is my pride and joy. I wouldn't take him any other place. Thank you, Dr. Bean and all the wonderful staff at Pet Care Vet. The staff was so friendly and caring of my pets needs, as well others. My baby guinea pig Roger was sick and the staff took great care of him and advised me how to take care of him at home. I will definitely be referring them to others with pets of all kinds. And we are happy to say, Roger is feeling better and back to his old self.❤️

I have bet going to this vet for almost a year and Dr. Partlow and staff have been awesome. A tragic accident that happened to one of my guinea pigs "Scooby". He ended up being paralyzed from the waist down dragging his legs behind him, and now 10 months later he has full use of his legs. I thank the hole team there for the time and care that they put into him so he can walk again. Thank you all, J. Walters

Going to the vet with my little guy is usually a very anxiety provoking experience for me and him (in the past some have acted scared to touch him because he's vocal). Everyone was very comforting and understanding and allowed us to wait in the car until it was our turn. By the time we left today Dr. Coplen was snuggling with him and letting me know that she knew he was just misunderstood. If I could give 10 stars I would. THANK YOU
