This guy Henry is a complete unprofessional and his company is the same. Do not hire this guy whatever you do. Just do more research and you will find a cheaper price. He tries to give you a 2 year warranty in an attempt to beat the competition yet if you know anything about termite tenting, if the job is done correctly, the termites won't come back for many years.
