In following up a previously positive review, my experience with this company turned out just the opposite of my first review. Jay was fine for a monthly maintenance, but when it came time for him to do anything more that a monthly spray, I quickly found he lacked any experience and he just gave up and never showed himself again. I think he was embarrassed he was unable to complete simple tasks. He never even showed up to collect his fee which was due him. Very disappointing....

When you wake up in the middle of the night and see roached all over the kitchen ,your first reaction is to scream. My first reaction was to call jay from pestmaster and he was at my door a few hours later. Its like having my own personal exterminator.

I have been using Pestmaster for over 2 months and are amazed by their service. I had a rodent problem and Jay and his crew took the issue very seriously without being overly alarming. They could have easily taken advantage of my vulnerability, but instead acted very professional.

I continue to be surprised by the professional fast service of this company. I'm on a bi-monthly program, and Jay(the owner) has never missed a scheduled visit. Since I started using Pestmaster, my bug problem is almost gone.
