Upon checking into the hotel, I was immediately underwhelmed. The website states that valet parking is available, but this is misleading. The hotel actually partners with a parking garage located two blocks away, which is quite inconvenient—and the garage does not offer valet service. At check-in, we were initially upgraded, but the room had multiple stairs, which made it unsuitable for my family—especially my grandmother.
