Dr. Pesta and his team have been simply amazing. My son had to have an emergency appendectomy. He had a ruptured appendix that probably had been that way for over a week. That lead to some complications. We have had follow up appointments and tests due to this. My son is supposed to be going away to college in less than a month and as you can imagine I am a mess over this. Dr Pesta is top notch! He cares so much about his patients and their success before and after their procedure. He has a very attentive bed side manners and listens to you, spending the time necessary to answer all of your questions. He is active in aftercare programs and really encourages patients to exercise to be the most successful. I’ve been a patient since 2004 and he is still caring for me by way of annual check ups.
I originally started my journey to bariatric surgery with another surgeon who after time I found very rude, so I stopped my quest for a few years. Then my cousin told me about and had me meet with Dr. Pesta and here I am 7 months out from surgery and lost over 100 lbs. I will be turning 55 years old next month and I have not felt this good in years! – Thank you Dr. Pesta! So, if you are looking for a caring, knowledgeable Doctor, Dr. Pesta is an excellent choice.
Dr. Carl Pesta saved my life. He performed my bariatric surgery. I can't really see where I was cut to make the necessary ports. He's attentive and responsive in my after care. I couldn't be happier I was lucky enough to get him as my surgeon.
