outstanding customer service – Pest Pro's customer service was outstanding. They immediately send someone out to check my house for some pests in our garden. Very knowledgeable and friendly – What I like most about Pest Pro is because they're employees gave me some techniques on how to take care of spider problem by myself, and offered me a very affordable pest control cost. The exterminator was very knowledgeable and friendly. The staff responded shortly about the quotation I requested. He gave me a great advice on how to deal with spiders and other pests. I would certainly recommend Pest Pro to anyone.
They removed the wasps nest – We had annoying wasps in our fence. The technician told me the wasps are beneficial in getting rid of spiders, but we insisted to get rid of their nest so they removed it and transferred to non residential area. He was very knowledgeable and know what he's doing. Very professional, highly recommended.
Happy with Pest Pro's service – We were very happy with Pest Pro's termite exterminators. Tim was the one who conducted extermination. He is very knowledgeable and he also gave some tips on how to prevent termite infestation in the future. The Termite service contract is a little expensive but it was all worth it, he was very professional and they gave me a 5 year guarantee which is great.

Rats problem finally gone! – I inspected my rental house after renters relocated, I was upset that they left food in the house and I saw some rats running around the kitchen when I entered. I called a friend and ask for his advice and gave me Pest Pro's phone number. The staff scheduled an inspectation within the day, technician arrived on time, came back the next day to put some baits and traps, he visits everyday to make sure that he gets all trapped rats. Quick service – I noticed some rats in our garage so I called Pest Pro based from recommendation from a friend. I spoke with their customer service staff and made an appointment the same day. The technician is nice and knowledgeable; he inspected our garage and the whole backyard. He put baits and put traps in our backyard. He came the next day to get trapped rats and closed all possible entry points and our rats problems are gone in just 1 week. Great service!
Had a great experience with Pest Pro – I had a great experience with Pest Pro and their employees. He was so knowledgeable with his stuff and went far above to get rid of the annoying rats in our house. The extermination service price is just right, he was so kind and even made a follow up to make sure that rats are completely gone. So far, the rats are no more rats in our kitchen.
