Since calling Pest-end my rodent problems have all but disappeared, they're techniques and technology is top notch. Their prices are extremely reasonable, but unparalleled to their friendly and quick services. Brian has been to my home a few times and his quality and experience is the best I've seen.

Buy bait boxes and bait yourself at Walmart.com. Walmart has same bait stations. The rats will eat the poison and leave. Other animals wont get the bait They charge you $1000 to come by quarterly (only 4 times a year) to bait their bait stations while the rats are reproducing faster than bunnies! They have no real effect on reducing the number of rats! And they put your contract on auto renew without asking you.
