We had a visit from Damian, PEST NOW today (September 23, 2024) and the encounter was the best we have ever had from a service person from any service provider. He focused on addressing of the problem and gave us an excellent lecture on the source of the problem, how pest control works, and what we should do to prevent/address the problem. If we ever need to have someone come out again, please send him. Virginia View
I called this DC based company to receive a quote for a termite inspection. The receptionist asked for the area of service and rudely says “we don’t service DC”. Before I utter a response she hangs up. Highly unprofessional
Don’t bother. Rudest customer service person I have ever encountered, they hung up on my twice and told me they didn’t have time to talk to me. Taking business elsewhere.
