excellent service, great customer service and comforting – After many years of living in a brownstone dealing with one pest problem after another, i never really found an exterminator who can really solve my many issues. a true professional in an industry of hacks – I had a well known company that charged me thousands of dollars for bed bugs. Turns out they made it worse and did things that did both property damage to an expensive couch and made my dog sick. I called Pest Away based on a good deal of research. They were so nice, so professional, and the difference was huge. They did what they said they woudl do, and they figured out the problem with their experience. I highly recommend them.

keeping my fingers crossed ... no bugs here – When bed bugs hit my building and the apartment adjacent to mine was infested, I freaked out. After much research and an excellent reference from an old friend, I called Jeff at Pest Away. We retained K-Nine Dog for a number of apartments in my building and then Al from Pest Away came and did a Preventative Treatment. I wish I had seen these reviews before I wasted my money – I can't believe how unprofessional this company is. my apartment was in pretty bad shape. I explained to the owner that the problem was throughout my entire place. He recommended I send everything out to be fumigated and then they would come over and treat my place. our building recently switched to pest away... – I am friends with the super and so far he has received numerous complaints about the service people and the services pest away provides. the service people are not the brightest and make everyone uncomfortable. However, the biggest problem is they are not doing much. all the neighbors had the same problem and pest away hasn't rectified anything. THE BEST PEST CONTROL COMPANY IN NEW YORK AND NEW YORK CITY – I have been an apartment resident of NYC for almost 15 years. I grew up on Long Island in a home. the "Band-Aid" approach – My problem was throughout my entire apartment and instead of going to the source of the problem, they just sprayed a few areas and the problem never went away. I called several times to get them to come back but the owner, never returned my calls. How they stay in business is beyond me.

so far so good – Used Pest Away to get rid of bedbugs. Not cheap but worth it. People were friendly & helpful.
