Your Property Manager, Debbie Gibb, who also sells mobile homes in Largo, recently had a listing in Down Yonder at 7001 142nd Avenue North, Lot 214. She not only stalled the sale of this property unnecessarily, but she also sent me, the sellers girlfriend an e-mail from his computer stating that she was sleeping with him!!! Highly unprofessional and probably not “regulated” by any authority, as she is NOT a Real Estate Agent... Just know who you are dealing with! Someone who has no scruples or boundaries!!! Disgusting!!!

Improving Pescara Lake and Swan Lake would need the replacement of Mike (Mgr) with someone personable, well liked and respected. Mike is a dictator & not a well-liked persona at all
Mike is a sad excuse for a man. He’s an asshole, a wussy, and a horrible manager. He seems to be mad at the world because his wife probably thinks those exact same things. No wonder he was in that shootout
Horrible experience trying to help a nice woman sell her home there. Will not approve a buyer's application since they are working with a realtor! All seems very unethical and trying to find reasons why NOT to let residents sell their homes instead of helping them.
I have lived there, and with all of the changes going on, the rent of the lot kept on changing. The manager is not a very nice person. Has taken my mobile home away. And is charging me late rent. Has put me into collections for said mobile home unit after he has taking it away from me and not giving me any money for my home that I have paid for. Do Not trust Mike The manager at that park. He is not your friend. He only looks out for himself. Don't trust him
I had my birthday party here with family and friends. We had a DJ and a lot of fun!
