Had CT and ultrasound, all staff were so friendly and accommodating, I came out wanting to acknowledge what a positive experience I just had and write a review, thank you to all the wonderful staff there, even though most people you are meeting are not feeling well you all make the experience the best it can be, thank you.

I understand that every practice has fees and out of pocket costs. But if a doctor requests a routine pregnancy scan to be bulk billed then you’d expect that to be correct if you have Medicare and Medicare states that dating scans etc are usually always covered. I was still charged even tho my referral was requested to be bulk billed in big stamped letters. Makes it hard financially to keep paying for fees that are routine and necessary. I had my first daughter in 2024 and was bulk billed for every scan at PRC.

Ok had an ultrasound here today. Arrived at allocated time 8:15am, did my paperwork, went in at 8:30am. Lady who did my ultrasound was really nice explained the whole process and was out by 8:50am. Process from start to finish was all good and everyone was very professional. Parking is out the front and plenty of chairs to sit whilst you wait.

I had a CT scan done for a frozen shoulder steroid injection procedure, and I want to thank Cassie in particular for her exceptional kind and gentle care. She helped put me at ease snd both she and the radiologist took the time to explain everything, made sure I was comfortable, and truly put me at ease during what could have been a stressful experience.
