Fantastic staff working there, but the wait on the phone is ridiculous!
Had the worst ultra sound experience. Seems like if it was a robot doing and rushing to something else.
Would have given 5 stars as the medical service is always spot on, but the new small 'breast suite' waiting room at Booragoon PRC has a TV going. Why not have the captions on? We all dont want to listen to advertisements and the Morning Show. Put the subtitles on please.
Nothing but praise for all of the staff at PRC in Booragoon! From Stacy at reception to Jen the nurse to the radiologist Terry who was absolutely fantastic. So empathetic explained everything and treated me like a person not just as in and out and onto the next one. Definitely fantastic customer service on all levels and I am most impressed
