They are wonderful and always add a special touch. One time, I ordered a monogrammed cap for a trip. Susan had it waiting for me at my destination. This was not a reflection on their promised delivery, I ordered past the cut-off, and Susan FE'd it to me. Priceless! I have many good memories I could share!
