These folks are so much fun to work with. We do personal training 2 times a week. They work around my disabilities to give me the best work out I can get, without hurting me. They are very knowledgeable on strengthening what I can do every time I go in.

P Fit is wonderful !! The Company I work for has hired them to work with all employees if we are willing. We have a gym at our facility or we can go to P Fit. Their trainers are fabulous, I have never ever ran across one that wasn't been helpful and pleasant. I cant see how anyone would not like it here !!
