One of my co-workers motivated me to join P fit and work out with a trainer by saying that it is the best money she spends. I totally agree-it has been a transformational process even though it has been less than a year. There are so many things to love about P fit: it is a state of the art facility with highly skilled and motivational trainers. This gym epitomizes science behind fitness and wellness. The staff are highly trained and passionate about their profession. If you want to experience results-driven small group fitness or personal training like no other, check out Pfit!
I'm fairly new to this gym and so far it's been an excellent experience. Every single trainer has been incredibly welcoming as well as informative any time I've had a question. Lots of gym equipment, so there are plenty of options for how want to approach your muscle groups. There's not many people when I get in there at 530am, so it's like my own little playground. This is one of the better kept secrets in the area.
