Terrible Customer Service Called Paula for info on a house she had listed and told me to answer my own question myself by going online and googling the property! I was shocked that an agent didn't know basic information about their own listing Amazing! Then after questioning her about not knowing the answer all I asked is if she did not do a Market analyses or due diligence on it and her response was okay and she then put me on hold picked the line back up and hung up on me. This office needs to close immediately. Our immediate dealings was with the realtor Shaniqua. She held the earnest payment for 2 weeks before sending it to the attorney's office because in her words "she forgot". There was an issue with the incorrect filing of the title paperwork which delayed our closing date. She did not bother to give this information to us but instead insisted that our date was the same.
