Don't believe disaffected reviewers – Readers should not place too much stock in the couple of negative reviews here. Worst of the worst - Unprofessional – If I could select less than 1 star I would. They treat me, a home owner in the association they represent, like a criminal or like they are a collection agency and I have nor been paying my bills, or like I'm inconveniencing them. This is what we (WHAT I) pay for! They need to understand they work for me!! I am an owner in the association making me part of it. Please......... Find someone else to manage your money......because, remember it's yours!!!!!! – This company was just a nuisance to work for! The association we performed work for was excellent, however when it came time to get paid this company made it not only difficult for us but also for the association they represent. Wish I could name (names), but I'm not sure I can. However, Personal Touch Management was the worst that I have seen in my 13 years of running a business.
