Jeff not only did a great job cleaning my carpet, but also gave further advice on how to care for it in the future. Super impressed with his knowledge, experience, and most importantly that he was there when he said he would be. I’ll never use anyone else again.
We hired Personal Touch to do a public building with very heavy traffic. Jeff was there half an hour early. He was polite, professional and offered great advice on how to reduce the normal wear and tear on heavily traveled carpet. He got our med-large size building done in a timely manner and guaranteed it to be dry by morning, which it was! Great job over all and would recommend him to anyone. Thanks Jeff!
